La-Z-Boy Asia Seminar Trip is an annual company event that is arranged to acknowledge and celebrate the hard work and strong contribution of all employees who drive La-Z-Boy Asia to achieve the goal and deliver better customer experience to customers throughout the year.

     This seminar is arranged for 3 days at The Life Garden Boutique Farmstay in Phet Buri province. In a post-pandemic era, it is more important than ever for teams to connect outside of a workplace setting which is an opportunity to create bond, refresh and recharge.

     This year, the theme is ‘La-Z-Boy Asia Moving with Agility’. The management shared company core value, 2023 business direction and year plan. Dedicated time away from the office helps the team to concentrate their energy on improving team morale and aligning business objectives. Additionally, many activities such as New Year party and lucky draw are included to create fun and happiness to all employees
